DAY #8 - The First Day of OJT!

Wed, August 22.
This is the first day of my internship. As what I shared in the DAY #3 post, I assigned at a multimedia startup, Mulave Studio. It is located in Green Technology Business Incubator (GTBI) bulding, which located in Western Visayas State University. From the entrance of WVSU, we have to take a walk until we see the back/exit gate. The GTBI building is in the right side of the back gate. I went there with Sasco, Rachmad, Roiyan, Arrizky and our buddies, Mark and Philip. We, the SEA-TVETs are assigned in different offices, but all of the offices are inside the GTBI building.
It was quiet when we entered the room until the supervisor of GTBI approached us, introducing himself. He is one of founders of Mulave Studio, but now he has responsibility to supervises the building too. He is friendly, he welcomed us and let us going upstairs to our rooms.
There was no one inside the Mulave Studio when it was 8 AM so we went to Govesmart office first, where Roiyan and Arrizky have their OJT. We talked and discussed a lot about IT and Multimedia, what we interested in, and what things we done with our knowledge of IT and Multimedia.
After 12, Sir Michael, the founder of Mulave who I met earlier in ISAT called us to Mulave room.
We brought our belongings from Govesmart to Mulave and started our OJT. Apparently, there are other OJT students too inside the room. They are OJT students from WVSU who are majoring Arts & Multimedia. Sasco and I introduced ourselves when we entered Mulave Office.
They are so good, they welcomed us warmly. We learnt so many things about drawing, sketching and vectoring from them. They are skilled too in those kind of thing.
We ended our OJT at 5 PM. We felt grateful to have this kind of opportunity. When I got back to the dorm, me and my friends tell our each other’s story about our first day of duty. Today was so priceless.
