Tuesday, August 21.

Even tomorrow is Eid Adha, today is already the holiday because in Philippines, they celebrated Eid Adha one day before the actual day. In the morning, we were going to Lapaz Plaza to have our Eid Prayer.

On our way going to Lapaz Plaza

I thought there will be just some of people who will pray there but I was wrong! Until 7 AM, more and more muslims came and gathered forming rows. Me and my friend was happy to see our muslims far-family here in Iloilo. Most of them are from some other districts. Some even came from Jaro.

Moslem people were greeting each other in Ied Adha Prayer

Fun fact, my mentor in Mulave, Sir Michael told me earlier that the ancients of Philippines are moslem. There was even one former hero of Philippines who was a moslem. But then Spanish came and colonized Philippines. They spreaded Christianity which automatically made Philippines becomes a country of christian majority. But of course, Indonesia and Philippines are still family in common.

Actually we did nothing much today after our prayer. We were just taking a rest. But still, we learn so many things today.
