Saturday, August 18.
Because today is Saturday, ISAT-U was not really crowded so we got a free time until 12:30 PM to have lunch at cafeteria. After that we went to watch Dragon Boat Race.
Dragon Boat Race is an annual race that held in Iloilo River. There were a lot of teams from Iloilo province who participated on that race. We watched some rounds and took some pictures. We even invited to watch it from the stage where high officials of this event sat down. Some of the high officials are alumni of ISAT-U so they were excited to know us and our cultures.

We watched round 23 until 27 of the race, and went to the Iloilo City Hall after watching. We visited Gallery of Iloilo inside the City Hall. Its only on the left side of the building after entering the entrance. The gallery shows many cultures of Iloilo City like costumes that people wear in Dinagyang Festival, statues of Iloilo’s Mayors, awards that Iloilo has received, historical painting and crafts, and sooo many other things.

What can I say until now is that Iloilo City is so clean. I can see no trash in the road. I even told by our buddies that Iloilo has a strict rule when it comes to smoking and vaping. Actually, I think this rule is obeyed well in Manila too. I saw no one smoke except in the smoking area.

After visiting City Hall, we went to SM City Mall, the biggest mall here in Iloilo. Tonette, one of our buddies said she will cook for us tonight so we bought groceries for cooking chicken soup. We went back to the dorm at 5 PM. Tonette cooked while we just accompany her in the kitchen. Hahaaa, we are the best supporting system!

Meal for dinner were prepared. We ate in the lounge with all our buddies. After that, we have a chit-chat until around 9 PM. Today was so fun!
